Patrick M. Fahey, Esq.

Patrick M. Fahey is a Founding Partner of Jasper Fahey LLP. His practice is focused on estate planning, trust administration, probate and real estate.

Patrick brings more than 18 years of legal experience to his practice. In addition to his expertise in estate planning and real estate, Patrick has assisted clients in corporate formation, securing trademarks and service marks, family business planning and financing transactions. Prior to returning to private practice in 2004, he served as a senior counsel with Safeway Inc. in Pleasanton, California, and as an associate with O’Melveny & Meyers in New York and San Francisco.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science with Distinction from Cornell University’s College of Engineering in 1987. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1992, where he served as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. In 2009 he completed his Masters of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Outstanding LLM Student Award.

Patrick is a member of the State Bars of California and New York. He resides in San Francisco with his partner and their eight-year-old son.

Ann M. Jasper, Esq.

Ms. Jasper graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she made Dean’s List and earned the American Jurisprudence Award for her coursework in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing. She subsequently earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation, graduating with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law. She worked as a litigator, representing clients in civil and juvenile dependency matters before focusing her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration with a Palo Alto law firm. Today, Ms. Jasper's practice serves a wide range of families, including domestic partnerships, blended families, and single individuals.

Ms. Jasper was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001.  She is a member of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and served as a co-captain of the Silicon Valley Bar Association’s team for the 2010 Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk in San Jose.  An avid cyclist, Ms. Jasper is looking forward to riding the Alps in 2011 as part of her trip to view the Tour de France.
